We envision the future of Dunkirk and surrounding areas as an artistic and culturally active community, achieving economic success and nourishing the soul, spirit and body of its residents. We embrace the diversity of our community as a source of community strength and as a contributor to the breadth of artistic and cultural activity. As a new part of our mission for the organization we are using Access to the Arts, the original name of the organization, to bring attention to our varied programs in fields outside of the visual arts.
